The National University Honours 4th year special exam Application form fill up date will begin on 10th July to 12th Augusht 2018 and application charge payment period was 16th August at 04:00 pm by Sonali Bank. Form & other documents submission deadline is 7th January 2016. Application charge is TK 200 for Theory Each Full Course), TK 140 for Theory (Half Course), TK 200 for Practical Course, TK 450 for Theory & TK 120 for Practical (Center Charge), TK 100 for In-course Exam Charge and TK for 300 Special internal Charge.

The Students have to collect the application form from online and fill up the form by hand for Honours 4th Year Special Exam Routine 2018. After filling the form students must submit it to the departmental head of his/her own college. They must check the roll number and registration number whether those are correct or not. If students get admit card with wrong information, they must correct those within time. They have to pay tk. 400/= for this correction process. The college authority could not modify the admit card.
